Your Information, More Visual
You probably already know how working with the R2AI assistant is: you enter the document, request what you need, and that’s it. Now, this functionality has improved and can also be used in result lists, whose main function is to group data and generate charts.
Unlimited Preview
Previously, to preview a document, it had to be in PDF format and published. Now, not only can you also view document drafts in different formats (Word, images, etc.), but you can also see all the documents within the file.
For example, in this case, you can see the draft of a contract in Word, its published version, and the ID of one of the involved parties.
Customized Signature Boxes
To enhance control and traceability over your documents, electronic signature boxes can now include the signer’s email and the signing date.

Now, by simply holding down, you can select multiple documents and change their status, duplicate, or delete them all at once.
